Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactYour OC looks so awesome! *smiles* I do love her school-girl outfit. (If you were aiming for a high school girl). All the red and black colors really do clash together in a very eye-popping visual.
The black long socks make her look sexy and lean in the picture. I do love her red tie, the design at the end makes me think that the school is really rich, like a private school. Her jacket really ties in with her clothing and personality.
Her white eye-patch makes the audience (and me) she had a hard life in her past or she has a hard life right now.
The neutral look she wears is, what I can describe at best, a serious, and determined sort of teenager.
All in all, it's a great picture of your OC. The first thing that I thought about her outfit was the Type-0 school uniforms. XD
